ParentWrap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

ParentWrap is committed to protecting the privacy of you and your child. The emails you forward to us, containing information related to your child’s school activities, will be used solely for the purpose of creating a summary digest. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Please refer to our detailed Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, protect, or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.
3. Email Processing and Digest Creation
Upon forwarding your emails to ParentWrap, you grant us the permission to process these emails for the purpose of generating a summary digest. While we strive to provide accurate and timely summaries, ParentWrap does not guarantee that the summaries will be complete, accurate, or timely. The digest is intended for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for decision-making.
4. Disclaimers
ParentWrap does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The information and services may contain bugs, errors, problems, or other limitations. We and our affiliated parties have no liability whatsoever for your use of any information or service. 5. User Conduct
In using ParentWrap, you agree not to:

- b. Use the service for any unlawful purpose or for the promotion of illegal activities.
- c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
- d. Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account or using the service.
- e. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware, or any other code of a destructive or disruptive nature.
6. Termination
ParentWrap reserves the right to terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, unless you have an active subscription, you may simply discontinue using the service. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
If you have an active ParentWrap subscription, you may cancel it at any time by clicking the Manage Existing Subscription button in your billing settings.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
